Counting time away - 21.05.2009 23:23
My world is a world of airbrush and paint. A world with oceans deep and dark as indian ink.
A day goes by and I know I have become older again.
24 hours.
1440 minutes.
86400 seconds.
6 cups of coffee.
2 times toothpaste.
0.5 book.
3 cups of tea.
8 hours of music.
Maybe 250 words.
When words become numbers, there is no sense anymore.
There are things I can't count. Things I can't remember how long they are going on already.
Feelings. Can I count my love as 1? Our should I count every tiny little second of it possessing me?
Did I ever count all the tears I wasted and well-wasted? Where does the counting begin and where
does it end?
When did we start counting?

Warning
English isn’t my first language. Actually, it’s my third… I am from the Netherlands. I can write it also in Dutch, German and French, but English is the universal language, so yeah…
